Mecplast is actively involved in actions and productive practices that aim at reducing energy consumption, cutting the use of raw materials, recycling waste materials and minimising emissions in the atmosphere.

We correctly dispose of production waste, thanks to specialised companies authorised for treatment and purification.

We carry out correct recycling practices for paper, cardboard, metal, nylon and mixed materials, all of which are recycled to limit environmental impact.

We use a system to recover heat and minimise energy consumption: the heat resulting from the stripping plant also heats the water for our washing systems.

We raise awareness in all our staff members, both through information programs and ongoing training on environmental sustainability.
