 THERMAL STRIPPING

Mecplast has 2 pyrolytic ovens equipped with an afterburner so as to eliminate the possible harmful emissions in the atmosphere. The pyrolytic thermal stripping allows the removal of the old layer of paint to obtain a clean artefact and hooking equipment.

CHEMICAL STRIPPING

Mecplast has a 2000 x 1000 x 500 mm tub for liquid submersion stripping, designed for aluminium and aluminium alloy artefacts.

SAND-BLASTING STRIPPING

Mecplast has 2 sand-blasting stripping plants. The sand-blasting treatment is carried out when the artefact for painting has a highly oxidised surface, oily deposits, calamine and / or printing residues otherwise hard to remove through chemical processes.

PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT

Mecplast can arrange special packaging solutions, according to the customers’ logistic needs. The company also has its own means of transport and offers, among its services, the delivery of finished goods.

LOGISTICS

Mecplast has covered warehouses, which can be used to stock finished products which the customer will demand once needed.

LABORATORY

According to customer needs, Mecplast, at any given time, is able to carry out chemical and mechanical resistance tests on finished products.
